Postpartum Progress: Strong Start Day

Postpartum Progress is the most widely-read blog on postpartum depression and all other mental illnesses related to pregnancy and childbirth. For the last 7 years, Postpartum Progress has been reaching out to women and their families just like myself….

Unfunded.

With funding, Postpartum Progress can do so much more. And today, the day when more babies are born than any other day of the year, Postpartum Progress is asking for your help. Their goal is to raise more than $30,000 so they can execute new projects including a national awareness campaign for postpartum depression.

I made this video and I hope that you’ll take the time to watch it to see how important Postpartum Progress has been to me and my family.

Please note that I had music added to this…but YouTube was a jerk and made me remove it. If anyone knows how to remedy that shoot me an email. I worked my arse off on this and I seriously almost stabbed my computer in the process.)

Postpartum Progress held my hand tightly for 3 years and counting.

Please help support Postpartum Progress  , the non-profit, so that they can support the almost ONE MILLION Mom’s and their families affected by postpartum depression each year.

Any donation is welcomed. You can do that by hitting that Donate Now button at the bottom of this post.

If you can’t donate at this time, I ask that you please help support this cause by tweeting this post, retweeting tweets that contain #strongstart, posting this or any other blog posts you see regarding this on your Facebook wall, email your friends and family…help us get the word out.
