Ever since I transitioned from a nurse to a stay-at-home-mom with a nursing degree, I find it completely unnecessary to apply make-up because cleaning toilets that are continuously violated by one boy and one man is not glamorous at all. Most of my days, my “Kimberly Canvas” reflects the greasy skin of a teenager and a serious case of Mom bags (A.K.A dark circles under the eyes courtesy of a six year old who wakes up before the roosters crow in the morning). When I turned thirty, I realized that somewhere in between dinners that apparently taste like poison and sweeping up dog hair, I have neglected pampering myself like I used to.
When I do go out on dinner dates or with the husband, etc., my make-up consists of products that are easy and quick to apply. I pretty much rock the same look.
I want change and with the help of Shoppers Drug Mart, I’m going to put the saucy back into saucy minx.
