I’m fairly certain that we’ve all hit that brick wall in life – that moment when we’ve either lost our direction, our focus, and our goals. It can be a tremendous struggle to overcome especially when we don’t know how we got there in the first place, why we got stuck, and where do we even start to get back on track again. Whatever it may be that caused you to veer off of your intended path in life or whatever it may be that prevented you from moving forward, feeling stuck can be a horrible time in one’s life.
So how do you move forward?
Through Nathalie Thompson’s fifth self help book, Soul Shifting: Stop Doubting, Yourself Drop The Victim Mentality and Find Your Inner Harmony (Life Shifting Book 2) you will be able to identify, face, and then successfully break free from the chains that might have been keeping you stuck. Yes, this may seem like a very daunting task – easier said than done – but know that Thompson has offered very clear and simple guided steps that are set to the readers pace. It’s not meant to be overwhelming and not once did I ever read it that way. So you can start and stop at any part of the book and work at that section for as long as you need to. There is no pressure to keep going on. You can resume when you’re able to and ready to.
And just like in her first book, fearLess, Thompson provides us with how her own life has been impacted by the simple practice of Soul Shifting. Putting a real face to the guide always helps make it seem more doable.
What I really loved though about the book is the section of “Mind Monsters” – those voices of self doubt and other negative voices that we hear about ourselves. She teaches the reader how to tame them, bully them, fight them back. I found this extremely helpful.
As always, her voice is there with you at all times offering support and encouragement along the way.
If you’re looking to get unstuck, Soul Shifting:Stop Doubting Yourself, Drop The Victim Mentality and Find Your Inner Harmony (Life Shifting Book 2) is a book that is definitely worth picking up.
